Can you help me with my BFRB?

We’re people with BFRBs too, so we undersand the struggles! We’re here to offer support and guidance and can direct you to resources like our support groups, but we’re not here to replace medical professionals.

How can I get support?

CBSN offers support groups, peer support one-on-one, and other resources to help with your BFRB. Check out the SUPPORT section on our website.

Do you have resources for friends/family/supporters of those with BFRBs?
