Way back in 2015, the Canadian BFRB Support Network put out a call for artists to submit colouring pages. During that period, adult colouring books were very popular and something that many with BFRBs were turning to as a distraction method to keep their hands busy. Our dream was to put them together as a colouring book that everyone could enjoy—created for the community, by the community.

Although the colouring book never hit the printing presses, we’ve still kept those colouring pages and are excited to share them with you now. These are wonderful pieces of art that deserve some love and colour. Digital or traditional!
